Who is Off-Label for?

Off-Label is for U.S.-based MDs and DOs building beyond the traditional clinical path—as founders, operators, product leaders, advisors, investors, or clinicians exploring what comes next. You do not need to have completed residency or left clinical medicine.

Is Off-Label only for physicians in the Bay Area?

No. The community is online and open to physicians across the United States.

How does requesting access work?

Submit your email and LinkedIn profile. We review every request individually and email approved applicants with an invitation.

What does membership cost?

Membership is currently complimentary for approved founding members. If paid membership is introduced later, we will explain the options in advance. You will never be enrolled or charged automatically.

Is the community private?

Yes. The community is limited to approved members, and everyone participates under their real identity.
